The final resolution of the files may vary depending on composition, colors, and final cropping, but all photos are delivered in the highest resolution available at no extra cost. An identical folder with lighter copies will also be provided for practical use.

You will have access to the full set of photos in order to select your favorites, which will then be professionally retouched. The number of photos varies depending on the package chosen. If, after viewing your gallery, you would like to select more images, you will have the option to add them at a reduced rate. If you wish to receive the complete set of photos, choose the “Paparazzi” package or higher.

Delivery times may vary depending on the package chosen and the season. In general, please allow 6 to 8 weeks to receive the full set of retouched wedding photos. For any other type of session, the turnaround time is usually 2 to 3 weeks. It is possible that the work will be completed sooner—I always do my best to deliver as quickly as possible because I know how excited you are to see the results! We do not promise a specific delivery date for wedding videos; however, we do promise a beautiful result. Quality work takes time.

Yes, taxes must be added to all packages.

Depending on the package chosen, it is possible to pay the invoice in 2 to 4 monthly installments. We want to make our services accessible, which is why we are open to flexible payment options within reasonable limits.

Details are enhanced in the hair, eyes, and natural textures, while skin is softened to reduce flaws. If an uninvited pimple happens to show up, it will also be removed from the photos. High-end, custom filters are thoughtfully applied to each image.

The only necessary breaks are for a quick snack or a short restroom stop. I always make sure to eat while we are in transit to maximize shooting time. When I’m practicing my art, I often forget my own needs… I know my job is to capture moments that will never happen again, which is why you will rarely see me anywhere other than behind my camera!

Absolutely! You will have access to an online gallery where you can easily order your photos on different media with excellent value for money. Photo printing is not included in any package, except for the “Star Light,” which comes with a beautiful photo album made from luxurious materials.
